The challengesI worked under an agency and was assigned to a client company. Unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing.
There was a serious lack of communication from the agency. My employment ended suddenly without prior notice or clear explanation, which was very unprofessional and unfair. As an employee, I was not properly informed about decisions that directly affected my job.
Management also needs improvement in terms of how they treat employees. There were situations where professionalism and respect were lacking, which made the work environment uncomfortable.
Overall, I do not recommend this company. Employees deserve better communication, proper guidance, and respectful treatment in the workplace.
