    WORKING IN A JAPANESE CULTURE
    The good thingsVery nice Japanese culture. Teamwork is evident. Very competitive salary and compensation and benefits plus employee engagement and learning and development programs
    The challengesGenerally enjoyable work and work environment. Challenges are OK stress level is manageable. Japanese leader is quiet, respectful and values each and every members of the team.
