My experience with this company, the salary balances out the stress of the work.
The good thingsHigh Compensation and benefits compared to other local companies
The challengesNot recommended for a fresh graduate, has a high demand and learning curve, recommend having experience first to cope with the environment, and have experience in a working setting first-hand

    An AVERAGE SSC
The good thingsRetirement Plan and Allowances
The challengesThe organization is flat and they don't give a chance for the employees to move up. Most of the Sr./Supervisory vacant positions are being filled from External. The bonus is not competitive compared to other SSC. The changes are rampant across the Company and the HR/Leaders doesn't even know how to communicate it properly to all the staff.
