    The good thingsOPMC treat their employees in a fairly manner. They also offers career enhancement program. Management are encouraging their employees to manage and balance their time for work and family. OPMC is also competitive when it comes to salary, bonuses and incentives.
    The challengesAs Branch Coordinator, I find it difficult to handle the branch which is the bread and butter of the company. I think OPMC should extend their effort to hire an Administrative Assistant for the Branch who will find himself/herself working with OPMC in the long run.

    The good thingsOPMC is giving various benefits for their employees, what I love when I am still with them is the yearly opportunity of the employees to travel abroad. Since OPMC is a real estate company, the company is capable of giving up to 18 mos.bonus which depends on the sale of the company. It also give their employees the opportunity to enhance their personality and skills through training.
    The challengesThere are difficult people to deal with since most of the personnel are real estate agents. There are times that the company did not meet sales quota.

    The challengesOPMC recognizes the need to improve the IT system which will greatly help in the nationwide operation of the branches. Communication is vital in the company and OPMC is on its way to improving the system of communication especially that the company is now expanding.
