    The good thingsBenefits are good and competitive, management and coaches are open to communicate especially in terms of your growth and plans. They provide you options and budget for training on a yearly basis which is nice for fresh graduates who wants to learn
    The challengesFixed working schedule. If their working schedule is more flexible then it would be a great place to work.
