Great company for aspiring Software Engineers
The good thingsOverall, the company is a great place to start. You get access to their training program, which in our case, we took on-site. We were taught Java, Agile, Spring, React, and more by their engineers and architects for the training phase. I really enjoyed the ambience of their office. The staff were also very approachable.
The challengesThe only caveat I could think of is that the setup that we went through was fully on-site, as it was a bit hectic commuting daily while going through their fast-paced training. That said, other batches were WFH, so they may have only been trying out the setup.

A good place to start as a web developer.
The good thingsO&B takes care of it's employees well. In such cases, the HR is attentive and helps their needs when possible. Aside from that, they have a relaxed culture that let's you interact with everyone at an almost equal level to everyone. Highly recommend this company for those aiming to go into the web dev industry here in the PH.
The challengesThe commute can be challenging here to those who live far away from Makati. Keep in mind as well that their requirements for promotion change almost annually, so ask about it and see if you can plan ahead.

A great place to jumpstart your career
The good thingsEmployees are encouraged not only to develop their technical capabilities but soft skills as well. Hardwork and dedication are rewarded. Offers one of the best Java-Spring training. Good hiring selection process, meaning mediocre or sub-par programmers are weeded out, so the majority of the employees are top-caliber developers.
The challengesThe benefits is not that great compared to larger companies, but that is a given since the company is relatively small. Office rules may change as the employee is sometimes deployed to client offices.

A good company to start with your career
The good thingsThere's a lot of knowledge sharing. The flexible schedule is very good and the free lunch meals are one of the benefits when working in HQ. The organization is small that makes its members feel close to one another. It gives me a lot of opportunity to explore my work from the basic up to the harder ones.
The challengesValue their business support employees as they value their consulting. Give an equal opportunity in terms of career growth after the fresh grad level to them. Give an appropriate reward to employees who are hardworking and contributed a lot for the company. It would be great to have an annual performance evaluation with an equivalent increase.

    Experience as an HR Professional
The good thingsI enjoyed working with the company's awesome employees. They are the best in what they do. I also like the company's standard in terms of software development. They provide relevant software solutions to clients and not just solutions which aren't needed. The company is very open for changes and suggestions. They want the best for its employees.
The challengesThere is a politics inside the company most especially within the management team. Its difficult to work with the CEO and the VP because they have different directions. Also, performance management system hasn't been established. It has been annually revised. The company would only prioritize its consultants(software engineers & BA/QA employees).
