    Ridiculously good for teammates but not for leaders
    The good thingsOCMS is good for the frontliners and the team does their job well keeping people engaged and motivated.
    The challengesThe leaders are not that great, Directors to VPs think highly of themselves. "Hey, I am the VP!". HMO does not cover PEC. You have to wait for a year.

    The good thingsWith all the great stuff that they do for their people, I could not be more thankful to be with this amazing company. I can confidently say that I made the right choice.
