    The good thingsSalary is really high. They will value your experience and background from work, education, certifications and licenses. Performance based (for my work). I have annual increase since 2015 (year of employment) Culture is great. You need to understand the whole business structure, the product and the service. HR wants their employees really happy with dedicated HR BP per division. Unlimited food for free at the pantry (breads and drinks) and subsidize drinks (like soda for Php 5.00 or 10.00) and other goods.
    The challengesWith people hired from local companies and employees coming from BPOs, the culture has slightly changed. Retaining the NetSuite culture which is the reason why most people stay is something that the Manila Management needs to look into.

    Not what I've expected.
    The good thingsSalary, compensation and benefits. Pantry. Free meals.
    The challengesNight Shift. Extreme Pressure. Target. Forecasts. Some managers are not flexible when it comes to flexible arrangement. Vacation leaves are must be filed in advance (2 weeks at least). No increase since acquired by Oracle.

    The good thingsFrom hire to fire, they are relentlessly fair. The benefits are similar to most companies at its level. First time I ever liked the HR department and its personnel. I loved the social outreach programs. Management is supportive of basketball and other sports. Product is state of the art. Leaders are infectious visionaries. They really take care of their employees. Shares of stocks is icing on the cake. I would work again with them any time anywhere.

    High salary, high stress job
    The good thingsThe compensation package is higher than the average, perks such as fully stocked pantry, free meals on holidays, special occasions, meetings, mid month and month end. Good insurance package that includes family members.
    The challengesWork life balance is difficult as work is night shift. There are also too many projects sometimes and work is not spread out to evenly. Some people have work and some people dont.

    The good thingsThere are a lot of things that you will learn and gain here. You will have a big picture of how business runs from end to end as you will handle projects covering all/most modules to run a business. There are a lot of great people working here and it is always great to work with these people.
    The challengesYou will be challenged to learn and to master the product quickly as this will be your key to being a good consultant. Aside from mastering the product, you will also need critical thinking to provide creative solutions to accommodate the clients business requirement.
