    The good thingsAs an regular employee of optodrv for 5years I enjoyed all the benefits like rice subsidy,free shutle service,meal allowance, monthly bonus, HMO, and those events heldn prestigious hotels and beaches.
    The challengesThe only challenge I had experinced on this company is that the balance of my time because Management give me a best oppurtunity to send myself in school to finish college.
