    The good thingsCo-workers are very welcoming. Managers are easy to talk to and the CEO is down to earth. For recruiters, incentive is very competitive.
    The challengesOne of the reason why I left is due to lack of career advancement. Also, the salary is not competitive.

    Reasonable company
    The good thingsthey are considerate in approving vacation leaves, they give grocery and monetary gifts during Christmas seasons. They also have summer outing which is all expense paid by the company which few companies rarely do now.
    The challengesthe annual appraisals is added to the allowances instead to the basic salary but I think that's okay.

    The challengeswork schedule. 10am-7pm. i prefer to work earlier, but its fine as well. the phone to be used for call outs are not enough for the number of people sharing them. most of the positions are contractual/project based.

    The good thingsThe owner of the company can easily be reached. She is open to listen to employee concerns. Management makes sure that employees has a balance with work and life (Summer outing, team building, family day and Christmas party). HR personnel are always available for your needs and concerns.
    The challengesThe most challenging part of my employment is the schedule. Days of work was okay ( Monday to Friday) but the time was difficult (8AM -5PM). I hope a more flexible time was available (10AM-7PM)
