    LOT OF OPPORTUNITIES!
The good thingsyou will learn a lot about management, marketing, advertising, and promotions. you will also have a lot of opportunities to grow and be a leader. you will learn how to communicate better in the world of business and management, you will be pushed out of your comfort zone and grow more as a business leader. basically the possibilities are endless!
The challengessales and marketing is not easy. you have to go with the changes of what consumers want. you also have to be very patient because sometimes sales will be difficult to make and you have to learn and do better everyday. it can be very tiring at times.

The challengesThe challenges working for this company is how you promote yourself to the level of leadership, and accept the new responsibilities and challenges, handling new people, people you don't really know is really hard because you need to know each other, work as a team. not a good job
The good thingsI travel a lot, going to places I've never been before. I got a good income when I started working, and they promised us that we would have a regular salary instead of having commissions.
The challengesI encountered lots of nice people but I also got to face different kinds of attitude like some of them just want to have someone to talk, and not buying any products that we sell, and it's difficult to sell some of the products because it is not authentic, and we have to say white lies to get a customer.
