    The challengesIf you're looking for a company that will help you to stress out, low salary, meet with entitled supervisors & co-workers, micromanage, and have poor management. This company is the right place for you! They are always open for hiring so please don't hesitate to reach out if you want to waste your time ;)

    The good thingsThis company brings out the best in you! The staffing from different departments is very dynamic. The management makes sure you're well-fit for the position and rewards you accordingly. There are also a lot of cross-practice learning opportunities IF YOU ASK FOR THEM.
    The challengesThe workload is sometimes staggering but that's expected in a job.

    Poor Management
    The good thingsMy colleagues. They were the only positive thing I had to keep me going day in and day out. We found motivation in each other as co-workers as the management here did not seem to care about its employees. Treatment was unfair, and compensation is questionably low.
    The challengesThe pay is very low, health benefits were absent, and management does not listen to its employees.

    The good thingsGreat location in Alabang. Helps you grow personally. Bonus or promotions are given to anyone with talent and a decent work ethic. Lots of opportunity for advancement. Improvement on salary and benefits. Saturday and Sunday rest day!
    The challengesI think challenges arises from mismanagement/communication and we can overcome those challenges if there's a constant communication between employees, managers and clients.

    The good thingsManagement promotes career growth and professional development. Employees are encouraged to throw out suggestions and new ideas. Comfortable work environment. Stress is relatively light considering the nature of the business.

    The good thingsCompany got better. Salaries are on time, sometimes in advance. Boss is approachable. There's always work available.
    The challengesNot a fan of my shift schedule sometimes. Office is pretty much busy to borderline hectic. Sometimes the company gets a couple of bad clients that are challenging to handle.

    The good thingsConcerned for the rights and feelings of their employees. I'm glad to be part of OptimizeX, and it's been a great experience learning and growing to my utmost potential with the team. The management is being great and concern about the welfare of their employees and maintaining the professional environment.
    The challengesIt was a challenge for me have a conversation in English when in a meeting, hence the company have a training program to build our confidence to improve our English proficiency.

    Four months with OptimizeX
    The good thingsI could say that during my almost five months of working with OptimizeX, I've learned so much about the Online Marketing industry. My seniors were very helpful which made it a lot easier to absorb all the new information that was given to me. My coworkers are friendly and easy to work with as well. Looking forward to more months of working with this company.
