    Good for starters: not for permanent job seekers. If you're looking for a great start, this should be your stepping stone. Caution: not for weak hearts.
    The good thingsNever-ending challenges and you'd definitely grow skills you'd never imagine to have.
    The challengesThere is no Work-Life balance. The company demands more of your time and attention 24/7. You are expected to dive in the culture of nagging and blaming. Include the culture of penalties too. You are to execute more than 5 vital tasks that can be done by a single team. In short, you are ought to be a jack of all trait. There is too much learning tho, and the harder you work, the better you are financially rewarded. But this all is a trade-off to your personal space. Every single second of your time will bi highly sought. You are to function physically and online. Expect to work on RDs and Breaks. :)
