    Legit work-life balance and a great work environment
    The good thingsOpen iT cares about their people. The company provides complete WFH setup, care kits, allowances (training, internet, etc.), and other benefits/support. We have flexible working hours and a relaxed work environment which enables more time for collaboration.
    The challengesAs part of the development team, it's a bit overwhelming to get started with a lot of technical stuff. Maybe we can have more initial trainings/technical onboarding (could be employee-led).

    Open iT Takes Good Care of Their Employees
    The good thingsOpen iT supply complete work equipment for WFH employees and for those that works from the office. They offer very good benefits. Work schedule is in the hand of the employee because of the flexible working hours. The management in the company is also great! They are very approachable. They give out free meryenda (food) everyday for those that works at the office. They also offer free pahatid (carpool) service. This is great to help the employees commute to and from the office. This is a company that will help an employee grow.

    Excellent Experience! for a First Time Working in an IT Company.
    The good thingsAn International IT Company with good benefits such as, HMO, Free Meal during wok time, Free transportation. Work schedule is flexible, have gym that employee can use. Allows WFH set up in certain cases for the safety of their employee. Line managers/management and other staff are very supportive and kind.
    The challengesWith my experience I don't encounter challenges so far. However, working more hours as needed because most of the client that we are engaging are from all over the world.

    The good thingsBy the time I started working here, the working environment is satisfactory including the BENEFITS (HMO benefits and other benefits with regards to long term tenure is good) and MANAGEMENT. Its culture and people overall. There is a lots of learning opportunities, especially for me. OpeniT is People centric with inspiring Leaders. They promote Work-life balance. The company allows you to work from home - Zero commuting. From bed to … bed? Hey I’m not judging, it’s nice. One of the best companies if not THE BEST in Lucena.
    The challengesEvery company has challenges, but can't think of any critical one with OpeniT. Nothing in particular that stands out.

    Join Open iT if you're looking for a company that will help you expand your knowledge, skills, and abilities.
    The good thingsOpen iT prioritizes its employee's welfare while still sustaining the company's operational needs. Pre-pandemic it has already been generous in providing its employees with perks and benefits, and even managed to provide more during these drastic times due to the pandemic, i.e., care kit, and assistance. Overall, I can assure you Open iT will significantly increase your market value.
    The challengesYou need to very adaptive and flexible to changes due to the nature of the company. Also, the difference in time zones are challenging.

    The good thingsThe company offers very good benefits. We have free staff house, HMO card, and several bonuses. We have flexible working hours which is very good if you want a nice work and life balance. The company also allows work from home on a case to case basis. The company is very supportive of employees growth. It allows budget for the employee's improvement via teambuilding or training within or outside the Philippines.
    The challengesThere may be some time where you have to work late specially if you're directly conversing with customers since our clients are worldwide.
