A Good Starting Point for Newcomers
The good thingsI appreciated the dayshift schedule. The team I worked with was very approachable and friendly, making the work environment more comfortable. The pantry was also a nice space, with a designated smoking area and an option to rest or nap during lunch breaks.
The challengesThe production floor could benefit from better maintenance. There were instances of small mice being seen, and basic supplies such as tissue and hand soap were not consistently replenished. The pantry area on the floor also needs improved cleanliness. The work schedule is shifting, and days off are not always consistent. There are instances where split days off occur for several consecutive weeks, which can affect work-life balance. In terms of performance management, the company is quite strict with scores, particularly on exams, with limited opportunities for retakes. At the same time, high performance metrics are expected despite relatively low compensation. Lastly, there are minimal holiday benefits, such as the absence of Christmas giveaways, with only a ₱500 gift certificate provided during employees’ birth month.

Good for a start-up, but not for the long term. You will always feel you are replaceable here.
The good thingsAccount - more available time, tools, are user-friendly. Resources are broad. Not for a newbie, but if you survive, it will be easier. People - Employees here are friendly, including TL, PM , SPM and SMEs. You will really get along easily.
The challengesThe salary became unreasonable according to the metrics. You need to maintain very strict metrics, MHT, QA, Survey, and so on. You never know when you will be called to HR and let you go home for not meeting the metrics. PDP and PIPS are not a plan anymore. This is your cue to look for another job.

Grateful for the life lessons, won't recommend this company to others though.
The good thingsColleagues are easy to get along with. Friendly and dependable colleagues are what kept me sane during my tenure.
The challengesUnfair immediate heads and management. Offboarding process is tedious as well. Coachings seldom happen, yet management is quick to slap you with a DA.

Makes me to resign due to wrongful managing the newbies
The good thingsThe good things here are your colleagues with the same position as you are
The challengesThe challenges are the HR, Management, and sometimes your immediate supervisor. They will set higher expectations to the newbies and make them more, even not have enough knowledge.

This is good for fresh starters.
The good thingsIf you are looking for a BPO as a first timer experience, this company will suit you. Processes and tools are mediocre and thus can help a fresh starter learn the basics. Good company to start with. Approachable department heads and teams.
The challengesA start up company in terms of tools and opportunities. Not for you if you intend a high level of career path.

    GIVING INCORRECT CONTRACT INFORMATION
The good thingsMy team leader is really nice.
The challengesWas advised my contract is for three mos. and will extend based on my performance. However, after training period is over, they asked me to sign the a new contract but it is only good for a month. So basically, I need to worry if my contract will be extended the following month.

    Working experience
The good thingsThe company is good, salaries paid in time, evert year they had a Christmas party in Sofitel, very nice party, international working environment, a good and interesting work experience. I would work anytime for this company in the future if would be another opportunity, hopefully for a better and stable client.
The challengesThe only negative problem it was the account, because the client, it’s a very unstable company with huge financial problems, it affected all the operation here until the account went dead due the client was not able to paid the bills for our company. Our bad luck.

    be careful
The good thingsThe work environment is good, I liked the people I worked with in my team
The challengesThey like to play with words.Using terms as bonus, which is not a bonus at all but is rather used as punishment. So be mind full they pay you the offered amount and "than" pay whatever they call "bonus". Not the greatest HMO. No support in development of any career within the company

Good salary but poor management depending on the account
The good thingsHigh salary for nonvoice role, work-life balance at its finest because they often choose accounts that are easy. Not big of a company so not many issues as well. Laid back and bosses are usually easy to approach.
The challengesLocation, no salary increase (same for both newbs and tenured) they do not thoroughly assess people before giving them leadership roles, as a result, managers act more high and mighty than the actual bosses.

I love my experience here because of the people I worked with.
The good thingsCompared to the BPO company I previously worked at, this one felt absolutely less stressful. I didn't have to make up excuses just so I can not go to work. The people I worked with during my stay in the company are awesome. The pay is okay, so are the benefits.
The challengesThe only thing that made my work here challenging is because of the illness I acquired while I was working. It hindered me from going to and leaving from work. Other than that, I couldn't think of reasons why I wouldn't love this company.
