    Bad COO, Bad company!
    The good thingsPrior to the COO coming onboard, everything was good. After the COO came, everything went downhill!
    The challengesPolitics, favoritism, managers/directors dating their own subordinates, Davao site being the best example of how not to run a site

    I have no intention of engaging with this company in the future. I would advise anyone who is considering employment here to carefully reconsider. The management tends to exert significant pressure on employees and is a prime example of corporate exploitation. Additionally, the management demonstrates unprofessional behavior.
    The good thingsThe work-from-home option.
    The challengesThe company needs to address the lack of salary increases, excessive interference from management in politics, and the lack of value for tenure. Long-time employees are not being appreciated, and this needs to change.
