    The good thingsThere are many good things to say about working w/ OLP i.e., exposure and interaction with different personalities, you will be able to develop your strengths by participating in the team and so much more.
    The challengesI believe the challenge is the adjustment period during your first month but when you get through with it, all is keeping well. :)

    AWESOME
    The good thingsGood thing here, I get to earn above minimum salary than what I expected. I learned a lot of things that I know I can apply to myself in the future. Working environment is fun, you can get along with your Bosses'. work pressure isn't not that toxic, besides you can just get off of your work pressure by doing nice things that can make you turn into Positive person again :)
    The challengesChallenge for me is learning about Pivot Table, talking to Agents and explaining to them in what way did they earn mistakes. Teaching them the proper call flow as if your really a Pro! (But hey! It gained myself 100% confident than before) Making daily reports and weekend reports. Daily changes of process that I have to adopt immediately.
