    The good thingsI am proudly say that I train well as a Quality assurance.with a good knowledge and train to work as multitasking.I can give a customer demand with a high quality.a leader with a good reputation that can lead as a good Quality assurance.I can say that i can manage the processing to make sure that the product is in good quality.i can say that i learn to my leader a word \"right as a first time\"

    I do build the confidence based on what i'm doing. Trust & encouragement makes me even better than before. Learning is a continuous process. We can create our own & do more projects based on customers expectations.
    The good thingsExperimentation makes me fond new things, create more using flavors & creativity, thinking & ideas makes a good output that you want to treasures, product development that we should be proud of.
    The challengesTrouble shoot when it came to happen. i will be able to think first, get the datas for me to resolve it.

    The good thingsSince the company is ISO 22000/FSSC certified, expect to gain knowledge on the implementation and documentation of the system (also applies to the Halal and regulatory requirements). The office of the technical departments are separated from that of HR/Admin department office, so confidentiality is maintained.
    The challengesThe full-scale implementation of the FSSC system is so challenging. There are some who do not really comply with the system requirements. It takes them a long time to procure equipment/glassware requests that will be used in lab analysis.
