    The good thingsI was in the company for years and most of the new hires were trained in a level that when they leave, they got a whole bunch of knowledge on their profession that makes them very qualified on their next jobs.
    The challengesDuring pandemic the company is under flexible work arrangement (skeletal schedule) but the company was otherwise striving for its employees during this very trying period.
