Overall a Good Company to work for. You can work on you own time at home as long as outputs are produced. Employees can push for activites in social engagements.
The good things- Constant Flow of Projects - WfH setup can be requested upon regularization - Good Workmates - Lots of things to learn in BIM (Revit) - Some really good & competent Manager/Lead - There are worse BIM companies in the PH
The challenges- Limited Perks - A few incompetent Managers - Difficult to move up the ladder - Slow support for training opportunities

Salary is higher than other company but workload will give you stress.
The good thingsThe old management is better. I learned lots of things too.
The challengesToo many workload, too little time. They will increase your workload, but not your salary. They will see you failures, but not your achievement.

Challenging, but great opportunities for learning
The good things- Learning how to coordinate MEPFS in BIM - Varying projects from clients abroad - Opportunities for self learning and growth - Well established Standard Operating Procedures
The challenges- Some projects are very challenging, and overtime/exteding hours is sometimes required - Lack of camaraderie between employees - Employee benefits could be better, especially for newer hires, old contract employees have better benefits.

    Work Colleagues and Commute
The good thingsMy colleagues were very approachable, such as if there's a question they try to answer in more understandable way. The team leader will be assigned, giving minimal instructions but more precise and clear manner.
The challengesI think for me what challenging is that commuting there before and after work. Walking from main highway to the workplace and vice versa was quite exhausting and it takes time. And so, you have to be wake up early as much as possible. You never know the flow of trains and vehicular traffic.
