It was quite a challenging and very adventure to be part of one of the known brand.The good thingsIt was a different kind of baking experience. I practice my skills that i learned when i am still at college, while doing simple baking breads that leads me to earn my allowance for school. Having those years made me solidify my knowledge not only in baking but also in supervising people in hand just to meet the quantity to be produced. I also had meet several people like suppliers that leads me until today that i can make contact when needed. I am very great full lastly through my superiors guide that leads me to strong and more mature in dealing people and negotiating.
The challengesThe challenges i had been through was very colorful. i got to meet people that are undergraduates. I got to learn how to plan trips that i brought it in my next company, Fast Logistics. But here at Dunkin it was my 1st to be crowned as a Supervisor, and through all the hard works and sacrifices it leads me to be a good officer might looking forward to be a manager.
