Not a good place to work, toxic and stressful work environment, not worth it to work here
The good thingsRank and file employees are nice and approachable
The challengesPoor management Micromanagement, CEO wants to direct everything Culture of blaming, humiliation, threat and taking advantage of power Those who are in top positions only got promoted because of tenure but they don’t have the right skills, knowledge and attitude for the job. They lack both functional and leadership skills. They threaten those under them if they don’t get what they want. No work life balance No opportunities for growth Benefits are not competitive You’ll wait for years before you get regularized because the company does not like to give you benefits No policies and systems in place, CEO has her own policy and changes it from time to time Leaders don’t have accountability and don’t take responsibility for their actions.

No career development, apparent from the start of your work here.
The good thingsFacilities are acceptable for a full-time on-site work arrangement.
The challengesThe work environment is toxic, even the most composed, professional, and respectable individual will have their values and beliefs put to the test when you work here. Tenured employees tend to play favorites, and your efforts and work output will always be unsatisfactory and insufficient.

Good at first. not so good when you demand the bare minimum benefits as an employee.
The good thingsHealthy environment, good as "training ground" if you are in backroom support.
The challengesNot ideal for long-term job. You will be promoted but your salary increase is too low and take note, if you are in project based it takes years before the management will recommend you as a regular employee even if you excel in their so called "KRA". HR is pro-management not pro-employee.

    Project Admin (OSP Department)
The good thingsWorking as an admin assistant in this company is a great choice. But the salaries and compensation are quite good for fresh graduate.
The challengesIf the company owner know you. You'll have a better opportunity to have a great salary and benefits.

An hearfelt and platform for learning
The good thingsI enjoy how the company provides on the ground experience and projects. Letting the employees discover their full potentials.
The challengesThere's alot of stress and limited manpower. I think the stress comes mainly from the lack of manpower.

    Good experience and personal development
The good thingsVery supportive colleague. Nice employees. Competitive benefits (for regular employee) Generous CEO.
The challengesLong working hours, challenging experience but you will learn alot. There are some managers and pioneer employees that has lack of leadership skills and failed to make sound decision. This eventually results to the resignation of their subordinates.

Improved employee engagement and clear career path
The good thingsThe improvements in the employee engagement and training activities have contributed in creating a healthy work culture. These activities help in making the employees become more engaged in the company, active members of the workforce, and feel that everyone is significant in the company's success. There is a variety of tasks to do so the employee won't reach a point of stagnancy.
The challengesYou have to be knowledgeable and proactive so you can keep up from time to time.

Engineer: If it was easy, everyone would do it.
The good thingsFor fresh graduate it was a good start for you. We have very wide networks and projects that brings out your intelligence, and mastery. Boss and seniors especially on Engineering department are very appreciative to your work.In addition Management are very generous to their employees. You have privilege to travel because your work. Widens your knowledge.
The challengesSo many internal procedures to process things that slow the work or implementations of the projects. Salary is not proportion to the workloads and responsibilities you have. You work for almost 24 hours, not well compensated. Delayed allowances for Official business and field works. I wish the bonuses are base on performances regardless if you have been with the company for 1 year or not.

The good thingsEach working day has a different rhythm because of the various projects that are given to us. Each member of the team is given equal chances of developing new skills from project management, concept-making, technical and design.
The challengesYou need to have a through understanding of the products offered and keep up with the pacing of technology,

    Noteworthy, Motivating and Progressive
The good thingsAt first, I didn't think that I will fit into this kind of industry, but because of the colleagues that I have here in One Commerce, I already find it as the job that I am happy with.
The challengesThey should be giving a lesser time (or span of time, lesser than normal) on regularizing their employees, because sometimes this becomes an issue why my colleagues left.

    There is no perfect company
The good thingsThis is a great company to start your career after college (fresh graduate). Competitive salary. Great and smooth environment (shall I say you can count the toxic ones on your fingers). Have care and concern to their employees (especially during the pandemic). Awesome benefits (if you are regularized). A company that can get along with the top tier companies in the country with their technology and innovation.
The challengesA lot of policies or procedures that can slow the process or request (such as tools or budget), so you should be "early to act" as possible. Some employees (or shall I say positions but just a few, can be counted) are not happy with their career growth, their job just happens to be a pattern. There is inconsistency when it comes to a superior's decision when it comes to the task for his/her subordinates.

The challengesNo proper job introduction/orientation, one employee stood out the most and he has a very, very bad attitude. Can't work properly when that one person is around
