    Fun Co-workers, Fun Experience
    The good thingsI enjoyed working with my co-workers who always brighten up the mood in the company. There are times when work can be stressful and dull but my colleagues with interact and the job becomes easier. They give great advice and trust in their people. Not to mention that you are treated like family there, makes it harder to leave. But this is a great OJT spot for those willing to learn and experience what happens in these types of industry.
    The challengesYou can't go in unequipped, it's not recommended, things sometimes go fast-paced there and you need to pick it up quickly in order to get the job done. But I have no negative experience there.
