    Not a good work environment.

    The challengesEverything. Job description and actual job do not align. Increase is 1k at most for many employees regardless of performance and tenure. Lacks consideration for employees especially during typhoon season where we must still work onsite even if we work in the back office. Must meet deadlines regardless if you're experiencing flooding in your house. Inappropriate jokes by manager. It takes 2 months before they release your final pay, coe and bir 2316

    I started to work as a private nurse april 2013 and ended december 2014 due to complication of the disease of my patient because she is too old. And I worked at starcity as a ticket checker I'd started October 2015 and ended march 2016 due to end of my contract.
    The good thingsAs a nurse i am flattered helping my patient to become healthy because of her disease to extend her life. The family is very thankful to me because of my caring of her grandmother. And i was flattered to hear that. At my Starcity days its all about fun and enjoying to worked at anyrides that i've experienced and also I've meet so many new friends because of that worked.
    The challengesLet your patience growth over youre anger and develop your hardworking skills too high because of the new field. At Starcity so many people i've meet always think first before to do an action always remember that the customer is always right even they did bad things always have patience and always gave respect to the people you've meet.
