    Great place to work, job stability assurance as long as you adhere with all the policies mandated.
    The good thingsFast hiring process. They value time of applicants. If you're looking for job stability OOO is highly recommended, it's not a typical BPO that once a project closed your employment may be compromise since it's an in-house account. A good environment for someone who loves to learn new skills.
    The challengesBeing an introvert may be a challenge when starting in a new environment, but I find the people here nice and approachable.

    I didn't see any reason to leave the company because they offer a good compensation and at the same time work life balance which is other company can't provide

    I have this gut that i trust it so much, if I don't feel like home at the moment i step in the office, I don't push through the employment coz for sure it will not give me the excitement to work everyday. But here I felt relax and excited to go to work and see what will I learn more for the day. It's worth staying to a company that you feel home and excited everyday to make your job done.
    The good thingsEmployment process is easy, that on the interview you will know if you are on boarding. Competitive Salary. Its not a typical BPO.
    The challengesnone at the moment because most of the department have unity. Team leader and other tenure employees are helpful enough to all the questions we have.
