    The Government at Work
The good thingsWorking in the government really is a different thing compared to the private sector. The good thing about working in OP is employees get to interact with high officials in the government. My stay in the Human Resource Management Office handling hiring and retirement and benefits made me understand better the needs of the government workers.
The challengesThe only challenge that I can share is the budget restriction when it comes to training and development. The higher management is strict when it comes to budgeting these training as they would want to practice austerity.
