    So far my 3 months at OB has been average having encountered my own problems and solutions to it. Friendships between workmates has been also stable.
    The good thingsThe company offers reasonable pay for fresh graduates compared to other competing companies in the Philippines. The layout of the production floor is not too tight in terms of spaces between each agents.
    The challengesManagement's sudden changes of rules and lack of other activities to be done during free time and waiting for tasks.
