    The good things1. Good management 2. Professional 3. Friendly people 4. Nice working environment 5. Professionally satisfying job 6. Has fun activities to engage with 7. There are lots of opportunities to look forward to 8. President is kind and generous, fun, young, energetic and always sympathetic to employees. 9. My friend are here with me in the company 10. Most of the employees are young,of my age.
    The challengesChallenges are as follows: 1. Most of the people are witty and intelligent. You have to excel and performed above average to be noticed. 2. Challenge of handling personnel in one department. 3. Challenge of handling a department with multiple function. 4. Challenge of handling a customer service department.

    Rising to Success
    The good thingsThe company treats its employees like family. The management is supportive, understanding and considerate to the needs of its employees. Its provides commensurate salaries and benefits. As a new company, it strives to help develop the skills of the employees through proper training and seminar. It also hones its employees to be effective young leaders.
    The challengesWhat I find challenging or difficult in my department is that working days are extended until Saturdays and even holidays. Because of this, some of the employees' work/life balance are somehow deprived. But it is in a way reasonable because it measures the profitability of the company.
