    Training Coordinator
    Sep 2019
Less than 1 year in the role, former employee
Teamwork and Progressive based despite of heavy workload
The good thingsOdfjell is a generous company that gives incentives to their temporary employees similar to the regular ones. Their teamwork is solid and they are united especially, in our team. They believe that there is a solution in every situation. The work is quite heavy as any other shipping companies around the country however, with a good working environment they exhibit, it puts all of their employees at ease knowing that little problems or challenges encountered at work will be solve with the effort of the whole team
The challengesSince, this is a ship manning agency, the challenges encountered are typical for this kind of work, everything is sort of fast track however, personally, I see this position (Training Coordinator) is a challenge since it is my first time to handle crew training. Everything is new and I have to learn it in just a week or two. All is well in general.
