    Working at Ocwen is unforgettable and I don't regret working here.
    The good thingsThe people, especially our Team Leaders and Managers are easy to get by. The work environment is always clean and less stressful. Every other day, we review our mistakes by having huddle time with teammates and team leaders.
    The challengesWorking for 6 days a week is a challenge for me. Reaching a quota for a day is also challenging but it our Team Leaders always gave us a reward weekly if we reached our quota so we, as employees are always giving our best to finish the job.

    The good thingsThe good thing about this Company is that they offer above industry compensation package. In fact, this is where I was offered almost doubled he rate from my previous Company. Maybe that's because I was put into financial account. I signed a contract with them being an Inbound CSR but later roughly after 2 mos of good performance I was been transferred to a new program that the Company will support.
