    It's make you a productive and flexible employee. It will make you a strong and well-mannered employee, to the client and for the co-workers itself.
    The good thingsYou will learned different genre of work. The colleagues are amazing. They will help you alot. They also help you with your struggles. The Superior is cool. They will understand your shortcoming with your duties. The place is nice and food is life.
    The challengesThe salary is low but your duties is high. In a way, you will become a substitute for a certain colleague but they unappreciated you. Then they will blame you if their was something trouble you may overcome during that certain job. Only higher rank employees were appreciated while the lower ranks are left behind. Mostly, the increase of salaries and benefits were granted for those higher ranks. The co-worker will denying always when cash is involved. The Higher Rank employee are very prudent specially in money matters but they deny if they will use the company's pettycash for their personal matters.

    This is not a family oriented company. They would always call you and issue a memo if you dont report even if it's your Restday/Family day.
    The good thingsI've had experieced leadership and camaraderie with the team i supervised. I learned that there aint hard if you work with it together. My workplace is not that healthy but with my co workers/subordinates we make it easy.
    The challengesBoss would always change her mind/decisions. And with this you would be ready for your memo. They need a robot or a magician.

    The most challenging job I ever had
    The good thingsThe owners are hands on and you can communicate to them directly. You are given the authority in fulfilling your task in order to meet objectives, as long as it is efficiently achieved. The ambiance of discipline can be felt during meetings and discussion. Openness of idea is respected and welcome.
    The challengesThe CEO is hands on, so being a division head everything must be clear and well informed. Targets are constantly checked. Some heads needs training's and seminars in order to harness their potentials. The human resources department must be well trained to handle hiring of competent personnel . Policy maker and initiates training to all department.

    Watch from bow of ship or wings from port to starboard side of the bridge for obstruction in the path of the vessel.and i have a special skill i know how to weld,welding an effective way to join metal,fix and repair almost everything that is made of metal.

    The good thingsBeing a chinese owned company which is by nature, patriarchal, this is run by the entire family with all siblings handling various top positions.
    The challengescompany lacks the system and the will to change what has been a decade old practice of fire fighting without any solution.
