    Perfect training ground.
    The good thingsExperience here is everything. A perfect training ground for all BSA Graduate. From filing of BIR returns to drafting of your client's financial statements, your knowledge in Accounting, taxation and Management accounting will surely expand. Our boss is very fierce, feisty, and dedicated to her work, She will give you the tough-love you need for you to grow as an accountant/auditor and as a person.
    The challengesSalary wise, for a starter, its okay, BUT there are times that we need to have a 'partial salary' meaning only 50%-90% of your salary will be given to you and the other half will be given days or weeks after your payday.

    The good thingsTraining and seminars were shouldered by the employer ensuring that the staff are ready in the filed. If no training yet, senior staff oversees new ones with care and at the same time still having responsibility for the engagement. Even though main responsibility is with the senior staff, new ones are given responsibility as well according to their assessed capabilities .
    The challengesWhat's a challenging here is how you manage your time. You meet really tight deadlines. You also have to be people person as you meet with a lot of clients with different backgrounds. A clearer brief of what to do and not to do would be good.
