Big Company Yet No Proper Structure
The good thingsPay is good. The hour are somewhat flexible. And they are very religious and allow church/prayer time for employees.
The challengesSuper stressful. No work-life balance. Pretty sure people only stay for the pay. Owners are somewhat condescending, but I guess what rich family isn't. No proper trainings or structure for work roles.

    Doesn’t allow work life balance
The good thingsPay is I guess considerably high, nice office space and the place itself is supposed to be for the AB market.
The challengesEnded up getting so much anxiety working here. Felt like I was working 24/7. Even on the weekends I was forced to do work and check emails. Lots of managers yet ironically everything still gets done and decided the last minute. CEO is not the nicest.
