    Good start to work here for fresh graduates
    The good thingsRecognition of Employment Service (5 years, excellence, etc.) during company anniversary.
    The challengesThey said Nyxsys is a digital and technology company but they didn't trust or adapt the work-from-home setup at least 3 days or make it half WFH and on-site depends on the employees where they want to do their work/tasks as long as it is done and meet the deadlines. Note: The more clarity you provide employees, the better the experience will be for everyone.

    The good thingsThe company offers a lot of perks and most will greet you with warm smiles. You can always approach them about any concerns you have in mind, even the founding officers would hear you out. Opportunity for growth is bountiful in this company as it always experiments and refine new processes to ensure better customer service. It's always open to new possibilities. The owners/founding officers are willing to understand you and the flow of your work to ensure a high quality service to their customers.
    The challengesDuring my stay in the company, we've moved our station for 3 times and that gave us a setback in our working timelines. It will be advised to join this company if you're an independent individual who enjoys working closely with a team since the higher ups are more focused in coordinating with customers. The company treats its employees as one big family with weekly fellowship but if it's not your kind of environment then it's best to seek other prospects.

    Awesome
    The good thingsUnexpected blessing every year, great people to work with. Feeling having a family treatment in the workplace. Very Professional people to encounter you just need to cooperate with rules and regulation just like with others having policies.
    The challengesEvery year we transfer from different department and desk place but the same work descriptions not just me experiencing these some our department also transferring also from other places this somehow why frequent the transfer will be done.

    The good thingsHere in Nyxsys, not we only provide customer satisfaction. But we also provide family oriented work place. Which provides employee not just enjoyment at work but also helping them spiritually by having a bible study every Friday.
    The challengesHaving a tight deadline for some projects. But of course this is norm for every company that provides service oriented products. You have to be a team player to achieve companies goals.

    The good thingsIf you're looking for a company where you feel like you're part of a family, then Nyxsys is where you'll find home.
    The challengesSince the company is relatively new, there are still a lot of things to be done to strengthen its foundation but then it's a good opportunity to be part of something that has a lot of room to grow.

    The challengesTargeting the timeline using project management system. Maintain the software development with a good output performance until installation and implementation.
