    Work is unending learning
    The good thingsThere are a lot of good things to consider. The ambient of place, people and work.
    The challengesI have enjoyed my stay at NTBI with my co-workmates. I am so honored to be part in its history especially in my field at Analytical Research and Development (AR & D). The responsibilities as an officer are not that easy but I made it through perseverance and supports I gathered from my friends, workmates and from God. With such experience, it helped me to grow and to become what I really want to be in this life - to be a Doer and not just a Dreamer.

    The good thingsthey are good in maintaining good relationship with their employees. they are health conscious by providing their employees health cards.
    The challengesthey are now improving their automation process to ensure the quality and quantity needed by their clients and consumers. they are always on the path of good manufacturing practices so that they will be ensured that products coming from this company is at high quality.

    good, but not all the itme
    The good thingsa real challenge job but the employer has no team work sometimes if there is error they blame someone who is in a lower position instead to encourage them. There is no quality system implemented I guess.
    The challengesMost of the job is not done so the job will be a big question in the latter day then this will be the start of error in achieving the goal. the salary is not fair to all employees i found some special treatment to others. The salary or executive driver is higher than accounting staff. That's why I decided to resign in that company. Actually not only me, every month there is hiring.
