    Worse management, good friends
    The good thingsThe only brightside on this company is the teammates, colleagues, friends + the good office setup.
    The challengesAll the ratings here are correct, management issue. I still don't know why that "boss" is still the one who manages this company, be prepared for someone leaving almost every after a quarter. Attrition rate is high.

    The good thingsI'll agree with all I have read so far on the reviews, this is a great company because of the people in it, the salary is very competitive and you got a good office ambience.
    The challengesTop management. Let this be a wakeup call. It's time for a change in leadership, as someone who is new here, it's been very difficult to see people leaving because of the management and the policies.

    The good thingsColleagues are like family, high salary, office ambience works well to be productive, passionate teammates who likes the company to succeed with you.
    The challengesManagement. I can't believe someone who doesn't have a background on sales is leading the sales team, management can sometimes be unfair, company policies have been adjusted everytime something happens and you feel controlled.

    Could have been a great company
    The good thingsGreat working environment, as a startup the office looks great, you have wonderful colleagues who will treat you like family. High salary.
    The challengesTop Management, that sums it all. You are hired for a position but you don't have the right to actually decide what you think is the best for the company, management would tell you to bring out ideas but in the end, their decision is what matters and you will be left wondering if you even have a say on anything, coupled with policies that doesn't make any sense. This company is just too much for someone to take.

    A good learning experience
    The good thingsI have learned a lot of good things in this company. I was given the chance to explore the other abilities I have. Now I am exposed to different areas where I continuously gain experiences and a good platform to further enhance what I know. I also learned how to use cloud based applications and systems as an additional skills. The management will let you make a decision on your own. There may be bad times (as normal to any company) but I always tend to see and appreciate always the good times.
    The challengesMy patience is being tested everyday. Overseeing tasks of every department is tiresome but eventually there is always something good to gain.
