    The challengesEven if your performance is beyond expectations, you will never be recognized. This company has strong politics! Worst people are those long tenured employees. They think highly of themselves and they will never let short tenured employers excel over them even if they are more qualified and better at doing the job!

    The good thingsSince they are an outsourcing company and most of the time their resource's employment depends of their client's deployment, the management is very open and honest to this scenario so since day one so my eyes were open to all possibilities. No false promise. What made me say Yes to accepting an offer from Emerio is the opportunity to be part of NTT which is a global leader in Information Technology.

    The good thingsI like the benefits package - very extensive for a female employee like me. Employee Engagement is also a plus. They ensure we have activities every month and we also have annual parties, sports events and shows.

    The challengesImprove the employee onboarding process. HR should make sure everything is prepared when a new employee comes, especially all the important log-ins and equipment. There should also be a periodic follow up to check the welfare of remote employees.
