    Toxic Work Culture and Management
    The good thingsGood for entry level career starters, but I'm not an entry level engineer.
    The challengesToxic work culture and management. Managers need to be trained how to properly manage engineer schedule time also practice having behavioral and anger management, clearly not professionals. Imagine working straight hours into your desk without taking breaks or lunch. Environment is mostly break-fix, you cannot or maybe slow progress for your technical skill here. I do not recommend.

    Excellent support from management Team
    The good thingsRecruitment process is persistent, HR employees are responsive and knowledgeable about my queries, and the management of my Team is hardworking and fun. In conclusion this really felt like a good family environment.
    The challengesPayroll is a bit tricky. I think I am being paid correctly but sometimes there is a delay in submission of it.

    The challengesCurrent leadership team are worst. They value their bonuses over people. They prefer getting rid of people for cost savings instead on focusing on the means to generate revenue. CFO is very hard headed, you’ll have a hard time getting thru with sales.

    The work culture will make you want to stay.
    The good thingsI particularly enjoy how in my role I have the liberty to use the tools I can need to use to accomplish my goals. The ability of my peers to switch from being casual to being professional and vice versa is also a good thing. My manager being supportive with what I believe is good for my career is also a huge good thing.
    The challengesI do not enjoy the lack of transparency regarding performance evaluations, incentives and the like. There will definitely be difficult-to-work-with co-workers but they aren't in your immediate team. There are also a lack of events that would make an employee motivated and you will just have to do it yourself.

    The good thingsGreat Leaders and teammates. Lots of opportunities to grow your career. They value employee health & wellness especially the monthly freebies day where you get to experience free haircut and massage. There are also groups for biking, running, basketball, badminton and many more.

    The good thingsi enjoy everything in the company, the employees treat ojt students as part of their family, supervisors are very professional when it to handling ojt. you can play or hang out with them after the work. overall, it is Excellent.

    The challengesThe company doesn't have company cars to be used by employees. You should have your own or buy your own but good thing is they provide reimbursement for gas and transportation allowance.
