    It was a great four years of journey with them. And I will cherish it forever :)
    The good thingsAble to learn things related to architecture. Able to be knowledgeable in using LUA, python, Postgres SQL, and C#.

    The compensation and benefits are subpar, and there is no opportunity for growth or advancement.

    The challengesSpecific training for the position was not given. Poor allowances. HR are not properly trained to give and provide assistance to the employee.

    Low salary with unreasonable service bond
    The good thingsGood for fresh graduate individuals
    The challengesThe salary is low compared to what the market offers. Doesn't offer overtime pay but expects you to finish your job on time. Binds you with a service bond with a huge amount in the event you want to leave the company. The leads don't give individuals a chance to grow. No career development as they use nothing but old technology.

    Unhealthy Company Management
    The good thingsThe people is the only reason you'll stay. You have opportunity to go abroad which is compensated by the company.
    The challengesThe expectations for our team are way too high where company provided inadequate support and training. Management is not transparent and most of the time doesn't consider employees' welfare. Prone to OTy and the company often not obliged with their guidelines and DOLE's. Toxic management.

    Good for Freshers
    The good thingswork-life balance, accurate payroll, exposure to agile development and CI/CD which is a very essential experience for freshers, your computer is high end, 32 GB ram which can result in fast and quality deliverables
    The challengesbond for two years and your salary will not increase, the good thing is after you finish your bond they will give you 36k, and also they do not maintain documentation in their process

    The good thingsthey focus on your logical thinking rather than how you memorize syntax, after I signed the contract they gave me the requirements that's easy to comply and you can take your medical test anywhere.

    Implementation of working process is needed
    The good thingsWork/life balance as there is no weekend work and shifting schedule is not required.
    The challengesThere is no definite working process that is strictly followed. Proper documentation and tracking of deliverables have to be implemented. Company needs to prioritize SECURITY given that the nature of the client/s requires it... a lot!
