    Great company!
The good thingsGreat process to ensure that employees are clear in professional ratings. Compensation and benefits are always reviewed. Best health benefits i have see Everyone is professional. They ensure that there is career plan for everyone. Good office; Ensures that employees have sense of work life balance. Annual incentive are in place to deliver what is promised. 100% ethically sound compan.
The challengesStrict and they expect commitment from employees. Employees must deliver what is expected. Leab organization so employees must be willing to do projects/ tasks beyond the role stated. Competency is closely checked to ensure 100% delivery of tasks.

    More good apples than bad...
The good thingsThe people who work here are generally nice to be around with. The working environment was challenging yet fair.
The challengesAs a multinational company, it is par for the course that they rotate expatriates. Most of the expats I got to work with were generally nice people. It just so happened my last boss there was... well... let's just say it soured my impression on people from his nation.

The challengesincrease market awareness, as we were caught off guard with competitors' activities resulting to loss in market share.

    Best Place to work
The good thingsVery good health benefits which includes free medicines (From Novartis), extended Health coverage to dependents, and health coverage upon hire! They also have rice subsidy, 14th month pay, incentive trips (This year they went to Australia), family day and other great benefits. People there are also a lot of fun to work with who will challenge you to do your best.
The challengesBeing in a pharmaceutical industry, you must be willing to be assigned anywhere in the PH and I was assigned in Ilocos! This was the only challenge I had during my tenure (3 1/2 years) and also the reason for my resignation. But if there will be any vacancies in Metro Manila, I would be more than willing to go back.

The good thingsThe company cares for the overall health and welfare of it's employees. Employees also well-compensated and adequate trainings are provided for an individual's personal and professional growth. One thing which I like about the company is that they extend help to other people. We had a yearly community partnership day wherein we share time and resources to our less fortunate brothers.
The challengesOne of my challenging experience was when the other associate resigned and there was no immediate replacement, and so I had to work extra hard to accomplish tasks. But I was able to overcome this by learning to prioritize.
