    Looking back, I'm honestly not sure why I stayed with this company for so long. I've had other opportunities, and in hindsight, I should’ve pursued them earlier. It’s disappointing to realize how much I tolerated, especially when employee voices were often ignored in favor of client demands.
    The good thingsGood things are your co-workers on the same company but not on the project that you will be assigned to.
    The challengesDon't do any extended efforts as it will not be appreciated. Salary is too low compared to other companies. Too many superiors/bosses. This company is Client-biased (They will not listen to your concern, instead they will tell you to just agree and apologize to the bosses of the company's clients) No career growth for Career Level 1. (There are no workshops or certifications)

    Good Vibes, Great People, and Constructive Challenges
    The good thingsThe hiring process was smooth and professional, with interviewers who were approachable and easy to talk to. The company offers excellent opportunities for upskilling and exposure to diverse roles. While some projects can be demanding, the leadership team is consistently supportive and encouraging.
    The challengesExpectations are high, which can be demanding—but they also push you to bring out your best and develop professionally.

    Good company to work with, but you better be on your toes if the project (or project manager) doesn't favor you.
    The good thingsGood colleagues, mostly good projects, work from home arrangements.
    The challengesTwo encounters from a certain project manager is putting an end to my mental health. Berated me first for being "slow on the job". The second time just punished me for "lacking skills", then started demanding lots, and whenever I present something, called me to "stop wasting my time".
