in my 3 years of being an operating room nurse/kidney transplant nurse atnotre dame de chartres hospital, i develop extensive skills working with other heakth care professionals, also gainingknowledge on every procedures i encountered, and being patience in dealing with different patients and also patients family member, i also learned how to deal with my co workers, explaining the importance of teamwork, cause i believe a secret in a successful operation is through teamwork.
The good thingsi enjoy working to notre damede chartreshospital especially working atoperating room, i enjoy the teamwork between us, from nurses to our doctors, seeing patients recovered after a major surgery and also i really appreciate the opportunities given by the hospital
The challengesat first, i do not enjoy the shifting schedule but eventually i get used to it, in operating room ive learned every minute or hours spending at work, we can save lives, i also get used to prioritize my work over my family especially at our hospital today, understaff

I was an intern in the said institution for 3 months
The good thingsI was equipped with the best training in Criticial Care such as Mechanical Ventilator Hooking, extracting Arterial Blood Gas, placing ECG leads plus basic interpretation, providing Aerosol Therapy and Chestphyshiotherapy in both Adults and Neonates and I was able to share my knowledge about proper Tracheostomy Care.
The challengesWorking in the said institution gave and made me feel the sense of becoming and practicing our profession, Respiratory Therapist . We were exposed in different critical situations in the Coronory Care Unit, Medical Intensive Care Unit, Pediatric Intensive Care unit and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. We were also involved with assessing , planning and implementing different respiratory procedures for different types of cases involved with Cardio-Pulmonary Diseases
