    The challengesSuper overload work. No proper training for new hire. Sometimes they didn't pay OT even your reason is valid.

    The good thingsThere is an opportunity for you to grow within the company. They provide ways for you to learn more and add new knowledge to your skillset. The compensation/pay is the same offering as companies in Makati or BGC without travelling or communiting far if your from the east or from the north side of the metro.
    The challengesYou are in charge of your own development. It is a challenge but a good lesson in taking responsibility and accountability of your career path.

    The good thingsVery flexible work schedule. There are crunch time wherein you need to deliver and these are where the challenges comes in. There are also lax time since the workload is low. Salary is good but still can improve. Teambuilding, xmas party, camaraderie, professional people and good HMO are what's good in here.
    The challengesThere are times that you need to do the extra mile just to deliver but it's compensated. Ops need to have a backup plan to train people from scratch to save on cost rather than hiring talent from the outside. Non taxable allowances can be improved but night diff here is the best. Work from home incentives can be improved

    Good training ground, but toxic to employee morale
    The good thingsThe company had a wealth of highly experienced employees. Working there provided a good learning opportunity while interacting with individuals who were experts in their fields.
    The challengesManagement is terrible. Rampant politics ruin any hope for meaningful career advancement. Initiatives for employee growth are rarely taken seriously by management and are often reserved for handpicked individuals.

    The good thingsSeniors are supportive, they constantly and proactively help associates with regards to everyday tasks. Friends you will build throughout your stay will be pretty solid. You will enjoy Christmas party and team building with NGA.

    Challenges develops you, people makes all the difference
    The good thingsPeople especially those you work with most of the time (try to) support you the best way they can and you will appreciate it especially given the situation. Basic salary is competitive. Like the Perk-Me-Up Mondays. Company really invests in providing expensive training for deserving staff. Very strong \"promote-from-within\" policy, a little more dedication and going the extra mile and it goes rewarded.
    The challengesLow monetary allowances compared to other companies. Few non-monetary benefits (just enough). Workload fluctuate from easy-breezy to overload and we just have to roll with it. Timing and attendance monitoring can be strict.

    The good thingsYou'll never get bored with your work. You will have a lot of experience dealing with people globally. You will learn to get along with people from APJ, EMEA, and NA regions. Aside from this, they have a good employee engagement team who makes sure the employees have perks every week, and every month as well. The best thing about NGAHR is that they promote the value of One Team and Innovation.
    The challengesChallenge in this company is how to go up on the corporate ladder because there are a lot of excellent workers in it. Another challenge is innovation. NGAHR is currently catering various HR applications depending on the clients' demands. The challenge is how to be up to speed with knowing the product and promoting the business.

    The good things-There's work from home -Co-workers are not hard to deal with; it's like we're part of a family. -Knowledge sharing -Flexible working hours -They have breastfeeding station which is a big plus for new moms -Paid maternity leave aside from the SSS benefit -Perk me up Mondays where we have goodies / massage treat -Year end parties are awesome

    The challenges2 challenges, first is crossing the foot bridge (tiring) that should have been connected to the mall and traffic especially during EDSA Revolution celebration or any rally.

    The challengesHR services provided to employees is very, very poor. NGA needs to live with their commitment as a company that one of their important investments are their employees. As a company they need to value their employees especially the ones who have been with them for several years already.
