    The good thingsGreat working environment, the company always hear and always trying to provide the things I need in my job and they always ensure our safety and health during and after working hours and they want us employees and our family to be happy and contended as part of their family.
    The challengesIts a cement plant so its expected to be strict especially on safety and other rules and regulations of the company. If one violates,he/she a disciplinary action and will automatically affect the performance of the employee.

    The good thingsyou can gain much knowledge as an intern, you can experience what an actual chemical engineer does. it doesn't only need theoretical knowledge but actual application is the best. you can learn more about how the plant runs.
    The challengesactually, everything is good. except for those overload sample that you need to do hourly. but its still workable. you just need to add extra movements
