    It was a great experience.
    The good thingsI truly enjoyed my time here. The team is incredibly kind, and the owners are exceptionally generous, frequently sharing their professional knowledge and valuable life lessons. Additionally, the HR department is highly responsive and always quick to assist whenever help is needed.
    The challengesStagnant salary growth (no increase for 3 years) and inconsistent management styles. One manager, despite being technically skilled, uses unprofessional communication methods like shouting and badmouthing subordinates.

    The good thingsThe CEO pays high importance on the people's values. He loves to read and loves to share his thoughts. He encouraged reading and learning more about being more productive.I remember him lending books about success stories and then giving incentives to those who barrow!
    The challengesThere are people there who plays badmouth. Also, if they don't like you, it will be so obvious.
