    Provides job opportunities
The good thingsOn-time Salary, competitive pay bracket for job position
The challengesVery poor quality ID card, difficult to use for transactions (performing ordinary business, applying for rent, etc.) No career path development possibilities given by the company and skills training depends on if the client you are assigned to offers such.

If you are assigned to a good project, things usually go well. However, if you’re not renewed or your contract ends, that can be the conclusion of your time as a consultant.
The good thingsBeing fortunate enough to be assigned to a great project can significantly enhance your learning and experience.
    The challengesLimited leave credits.

Not a good company to work as consultant
The good thingsSalary is good, HR is approachable.
The challenges- Poor Benefits. You only get 1 leave per month. So only 12 leaves! At the same time, it will be forfeited if you dont use it. -Timekeeping is manual. Using Excel only

    Working with Nityo Infotech Inc.
The good thingsThey are one of the official sub-con partners of IBM Philippines, one of the largest IT employers in the world. They also train I.T beginners for a future deployment for one of their core clients which gave them an edge to create the best talents any company could want.
The challengesThe salary for the outsource staff is not so competitive compared to other sub-contractors. It was very challenging to convince individuals to sign a contract under Nityo since the salary package must not exceed on the agreed value of the company to the contractors.
