    The good thingsGreat Working Environment with schedule WFH and working from site if needed. HR was very reliable and reaponsive to all of your needs. Benefits was ok as well as the salary.

    I experience to work on field. I used to drive forklift and induatrial packaging. I can speak read and write japanese.
    The good thingsPeople i work with. Eventhough my work is tiring makes it easy because of the surrounding the people i work with specially japanese co workers
    The challengesFor me the weather because i work on the field i used to drive forklift outside. The weather is weird if its summer ita really hot and when its winter its hard to drive outside because of the snow. Other thing is the language. Its hard to communicate to other japanese. This challenges that i experienced makes me strong and work for a long years.

    The good thingsFirstly, my colleagues that makes everyday worth staying for.. the bosses that guides me throughout my tenure.. and the working environment which is my first love.. those state-of-the-art engines and elegant looking curves of the body.. I love cars.. and I'm very grateful to be part of it. More horsepower!
    The challengesWell I guess the challenging part was making the brand itself be commecialized to create more jobs on the manufacturing side. I hope that the people of my country notice the greater value this brand have to offer with them. I'm also an owner, and I'm very happy with it..
