    The good thingsThe work is challenging but very exciting. I had an opportunity to travel overseas frequently. Different type of working experiences like manufacturing, supervising technical people, providing services to customers.
    The challengesThere are no formal training. You have to learn by watching other people do it. Need to catch up to everything because this is a fast pace working environment. You will need to make responsible and quick decisions all the time.
