Successful performance in production tasks with focus on quality and safety.
The good things I enjoyed operating the machinery efficiently and ensuring the production line ran smoothly. I also liked working as part of a team to achieve our daily goals while maintaining safety and quality.
The challenges One challenge is handling high workloads during peak hours. To improve, we could have better scheduling or more support. Also, ensuring machines are well-maintained would help prevent delays and make production smoother.

The good thingsI enjoy the challenges of solving complex problems, seeing the packages I have developed become part of a system or an application, helping my company gain new market shares because of my contributions and making my company enjoy a high growth rate financially.
The challengesCompetition is tough. Customer demands become increasingly demanding especially on price and quality. One must have a very wide and open mindset to develop new innovations.

The good thingsGood work scope and learning at work. We are able handle and work as a team in solving problems, challenges and objectives. Top management are approachable and willing to give advise and support the company.
The challengesChallenging part of the company is the relationship of lower team members to communicate to higher management. Team members are still reluctant to raise some of their concerns. Another challenge are many activities that need to priorities according to urgency and importance. Some activities sometimes needs intervention with our superiors which find to difficult due to miscommunication.
