Work place is great. Environment and managers are good. Nice people :)
Salary is good but still I rate it as low for a all around job.
The challengesNeed to work overtime to cover-up the high deduction for tax from salary.
Uniform for regular employees was not distributed equally. I'm a regular employee for 3 years but my uniform is still for sub-contractual employee.
Assigned new position or task without recognition like a letter/paper or even ID as you are now in that position. It means that you are not even moving forward in current position.
